Continuing to fundraise

So as more and more people begin to donate, and as I lay around bored on my winter break, I finally decided to update everyone on how my fundraising is going. So far I have raised $2395.82! which is so awesome. I am looking to do at least one fundraiser over my break and probably another bake sale when I get back up at school.

This semester is going to be a busy one, since I just recently got the position of Philanthropy chair for my sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta. Not only do I have to raise the $4,000 for Bike & Build, but I have to plan Kicks for C.A.S.A (Court Appointed Special Advocates), our main philanthropy event for the spring. This organization gives a voice for children who need it in the court system. So if any of my generous donors want to get another tax deduction, this is a wonderful cause.

Ok so back to the Bike & Build, I am getting so excited for the trip. I have recently bought some bike gear, and have been riding around town. I can't wait for the next few days , which are suppose to be sunny and in the 70s to go out near mapleview and ride around in the country of chapel hill. I need to get some bright clothes so my dad doesn't freak out and make me wear those hideous 1970s reflector vests!
